The Asian Tsunami Disaster

When:
The Tsunami happened on the 26th of December 2004.

Why:
Two of the Earth's plates moved causing an earthquake.

How:
The earthquake formed a big tidal wave that came crashing down on the innocent countries of Asia.  This earthquake caused a tsunami also known as "harbour wave" in Japanese.

Where:
The epicentre was close to Indonesia.  The Tsunami spread across the Indian Ocean.

What happened:
