local churches held special services and made
collections. For example, our local church in Brize Norton, St Britius, collected monies for Merlin and Unicef. More information can be found here. |

| There was a street collection in the centre of Carterton, the nearby town which raised over £2,000 in one morning. | ||
| A number of shops and offices collected monies from is customers. We contacted them to get some idea of how much money was raised. Here is a list of local shops with the amounts they raised for Tsunami Relief. | ||
| We were aware of a lot of activity from RAF Brize Norton. | ||
